Due to the perishable nature of our products, Rap Snacks does not accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring every fan is satisfied with their order. If your snacks arrive damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

  Upon delivery, immediately check your Rap Snacks order for any signs of shipping damage or missing flavors.

  Capture the Evidence

  Take clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items to help our team verify the issue with the carrier.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos attached to initiate your claim process.

• 4.
  Receive Resolution

  Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement order or issue a digital gift card for the value of the impacted goods.
